Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the VP of Engineering with services reporting including pipeline, WIP, and proposal status/timelines.
  • •Create and manage proposal workflows (SOWs, change orders, vendor delivered and subcontractor services) and submit proposal requests to PSG.
  • •Input accurate data into COGS, Salesforce, and JIRA; ensure SOW accuracy with relevant teams and forecast projects with account teams.
  • •Coordinate staff augmentation and manage interviews and onboarding with internal and client resources.
  • •Address invoicing/accounting issues and document the full lifecycle of the services process, maintaining updates and oversight for subcontractors.
