Job Summary

Partner with country, line, and senior leaders to advise, coach, and support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle. Improve employee experience and retention, facilitate onboarding from Day 1, and ensure a positive monthly pay-day experience. Support ongoing performance management and career development, and manage offboarding respectfully through exit interviews to continually improve the working environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise, coach, and support managers and employees to improve employee experience and retention.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services, and line managers to facilitate onboarding and induction experience from Day 1.
•Ensure employees have a positive monthly pay-day experience and provide support with ongoing performance management.
•Support employees and management with career development guidance throughout the employment lifecycle.
•Manage offboarding respectfully and conduct exit interviews to improve the working environment.

•Proven experience as an HR advisor in a fast-paced, complex organization.
•Strong knowledge of Polish employment legislation and how to apply it in a business environment.
•Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
•High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
•Fluent English and Polish (plus experience managing monthly payroll inputs and familiarity with HR technology such as HiBOB).
