Key Responsibilities

•Own the release calendar and cadence across web, mobile, and EHR-connected enterprise deployments to ensure predictable shipping and clear customer expectations.
•Run release readiness and go/no-go evaluations by weighing test coverage, change size, dependency risk, and prior incidents with engineering leads.
•Coordinate cross-team releases by pulling engineering, QA, security, support, and customer-facing teams into a single execution plan.
•Own enterprise customer change management, including release notes, customer comms, staged rollouts, and the evidence trail required for clinical safety and compliance reviews.
•Drive DORA metrics (change lead time, deployment frequency), partner on CI/CD and deployment machinery, and coordinate hotfixes/rollbacks with release retros.
