Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver HR services, programs, and initiatives aligned with business strategy and Eaton’s leadership model.
  • •Assist with recruiting support, including interview scheduling, screening, and employee orienting.
  • •Maintain employee personnel files and support HR requests routed through service tickets and related systems.
  • •Update site-wide communications and coordinate HR processes including disability claims (STD/LTD), leaves of absence (FMLA), and workers’ compensation (WC).
  • •Collaborate on HR and division/site projects while partnering with EHS to support compliance and a “zero incidents” safety culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related business field from an accredited institution.
  • •Prior internship or work experience in HR or a related business field.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Preferred: 1 year of HR work experience; plus manufacturing/distribution or union experience.
