Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently underwrite and price the most complex and specialized commercial risks within expanded authority levels.
  • •Perform in-depth risk analysis using financials, loss control reports, industry trends, and predictive data models; advise on risk mitigation and coverage solutions.
  • •Manage a field underwriting territory for new business production, aligning underwriting strategy, business mix, and profitability goals.
  • •Engage agency partners through in-person meetings and complex negotiations; consult with agents and internal partners to identify business development and issue resolution opportunities.
  • •Serve as a technical resource and mentor to field underwriters and support product orientation and training sessions for agents and internal teams.

Key Requirements
