Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and enforce creative and quality standards for all localized assets (dubbing, subtitling, titles, accessibility, and marketing).
  • •Develop and maintain language strategies based on business impact and creative requirements; monitor performance metrics and linguistic trends.
  • •Partner with Content Localization Title Producers and cross-functional teams to align on localization strategy, execution, and creative direction.
  • •Manage vendors and resources at the language level, including selection, onboarding, and ongoing management to build a talent pipeline.
  • •Serve as a local SME in Netflix tooling/workflows and champion automation/technology and quality improvements across content types.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in content localization, dubbing, subtitle, or international versioning for TV/film services.
  • •Expertise in dubbing and subtitling workflows with strong passion for language quality and cultural nuance.
  • •Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, supervising several projects from development through delivery.
  • •Linguistic expertise and prior localization experience in your local market language(s).
  • •Fluency in English and Polish required.
