Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop training solutions for the Training Systems program.
  • •Collaborate with the Instructional System Designer to develop standardized exemplars for storyboards and lesson content.
  • •Ensure technical and procedural accuracy in courseware per training plans, platform specifications, procedures, and checklists.
  • •Develop performance checks and assessments to validate learner knowledge progression and course completion.
  • •Provide first-level quality assurance on courseware deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with training plans.
