Design, develop, and support enterprise HR reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Build dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data insights with advanced SQL, scalable datasets, and reporting models. Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation and governance, manage security and permissions for confidential HR data, and collaborate with HR, HRIS, IT, and business leaders to deliver actionable workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
•Develop recurring, scheduled, and ad hoc reports to support HR operations and executive decision-making.
•Build reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM data, including subject areas, datasets, and reporting models.
•Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze HR data.
•Manage reporting security, access profiles, and role-based permissions to ensure appropriate access to confidential HR data.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience developing HR reporting and analytics solutions.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
•5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
•Strong SQL skills to extract, transform, validate, and analyze HR data.
