Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee office management duties across one or more offices, including office information communication and serving as in-office representative for new hire onboarding.
  • •Provide oversight of Eptura workspace reservations and adherence to hoteling policies, including helping teams find work and meeting space when the office is at capacity.
  • •Partner with other functional areas and handle accounts payable/authority to approve in alignment with guidelines; manage client files and records retention initiatives.
  • •Develop and manage building relationships (management team, security, engineering, outside vendors) and ensure a clean, well-stocked, welcoming office environment.
  • •Supervise and coach office services colleagues and drive daily personalized customer service delivery by walking the office, soliciting feedback, and solving issues as they arise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 125,000 annually
