Acquire, manage, and grow relationships with upper-segment small business clients as a primary relationship manager for Truist’s Business Banking. Lead client acquisition through prospecting and calling plans, build referral partnerships, and deliver integrated financial solutions spanning commercial lending, deposits, treasury management, payments, and wealth offerings. Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality, provide advisory conversations, and ensure compliance with credit, operational, and regulatory requirements.
