Key Responsibilities

  • •Own hands-on warehouse and production tasks including visual management (labeling, signage), lineside inventory organization, stock relocation, and replenishment execution (Kanban, supermarkets).
  • •Maintain organized, efficient material flow to support uninterrupted production schedules.
  • •Create and maintain process flow charts documenting material handling procedures, and identify process variants to escalate to Material Flow Engineers.
  • •Assist with implementing 5S, visual management, and Lean Manufacturing principles on the production floor; provide tactical execution support for Material Flow Engineering projects.
  • •Conduct time-and-motion studies and participate in process improvement initiatives and change management; provide progress reports to leadership and support rapid-response tiger teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
  • •3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
  • •Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, inventory control, and replenishment systems (Kanban, supermarkets).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets; exposure to ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to document processes and provide clear status updates to management.
