Job Summary

Execute hands-on warehouse and production material flow activities to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Own inventory management, visual workplace systems, stock relocation, and replenishment execution using Kanban and supermarkets. Create and maintain process flow charts, support Lean/5S initiatives, assist Material Flow Engineering projects, and run time-and-motion studies for baseline operational data. Report progress to leadership, coordinate across Production, Quality, and Strategic Sourcing, and travel to other sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Own hands-on warehouse and production tasks including visual management (labeling, signage), lineside inventory organization, stock relocation, and replenishment execution (Kanban, supermarkets).
•Maintain organized, efficient material flow to support uninterrupted production schedules.
•Create and maintain process flow charts documenting material handling procedures, and identify process variants to escalate to Material Flow Engineers.
•Assist with implementing 5S, visual management, and Lean Manufacturing principles on the production floor; provide tactical execution support for Material Flow Engineering projects.
•Conduct time-and-motion studies and participate in process improvement initiatives and change management; provide progress reports to leadership and support rapid-response tiger teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
•3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
•Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, inventory control, and replenishment systems (Kanban, supermarkets).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets; exposure to ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to document processes and provide clear status updates to management.
