Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle of independent agency partnerships to help scale Lemonade’s presence in the channel. Develop and execute an agency expansion strategy across aggregators, networks, and wholesalers, leading onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting. Drive product expansion with new and existing partners, using CRM tools and Looker to track engagement and analyze performance. Collaborate with Actuarial, CX, Insurance Product, Operations, and Underwriting to improve the agent experience.

•Develop and execute an agency expansion strategy to drive sustainable growth across aggregators, networks, and wholesalers
•Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting
•Lead product expansion efforts across new and existing agency partnerships, identifying opportunities and seeing them through
•Use CRM tools and Looker to track engagement, analyze performance, and guide data-driven decisions
•Collaborate with Actuarial, CX, Insurance Product, Operations, and Underwriting to align strategies and improve each partnership

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry with a proven track record in business development; Texas experience is a strong plus
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
•Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to build trust with external partners and internal stakeholders
•Strong analytical instincts to turn data into decisions that move the business forward
•Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a commitment to learning how it’s reshaping the industry
