Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure BIM models meet required BIM Standards, including EIR dependencies.
•Set up Civil 3D models and templates for linear infrastructure (2D & 3D).
•Support and maintain Civil 3D, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.
•Develop and refine digital tools to improve linear BIM workflows.
•Contribute to BIM Execution Plans and ensure drawing deliverables comply with CAD/BIM standards.

Key Requirements

•A university degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) with 6–10 years of relevant industry experience.
•Expertise in ProjectWise, ACC, Civil 3D, and BIM support tools.
•Working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and BIM quality assurance guidelines.
•Experience supporting National and/or Regional BIM standards.
•Ability to manage senior CAD/BIM staff across multiple offices in a matrix environment.
