Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise internal stakeholders on legal requirements applicable to payment services, digital channels, daily banking matters, cash management services, and related customer processes.
  • •Handle customer requests and respond to complaints related to accounts, payments, digital channels, and other daily banking matters.
  • •Monitor regulatory developments related to payment services and related banking matters, assess impact on the Bank, and support timely implementation.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain standard customer agreements, terms and conditions, customer information materials, and other legal documentation; advise on non-standard agreements as needed.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain standard procurement agreements with third-party providers (including ICT), and review individual third-party agreements; represent SEB externally with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •A Master’s degree in Law.
  • •At least 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a financial institution, law firm, supervisory authority, or other regulated environment.

  • •Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian and English, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
