Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use consultative selling to proactively identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while reinforcing core values and supporting a One Bank culture.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•Ability to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
