Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, and implement metrology measurement techniques for Photo Lithography and Film Metrology, including overlay, CD-SEM, scatterometry, and X-ray/surface analysis.
  • •Perform SWR and conversion plans to validate metrology recipe setup for process changes, tool qualification, and engineering evaluations.
  • •Own NPI transfer by defining quality metrics, improving metrology reliability, and driving cross-site matching performance.
  • •Collaborate with fab operations and equipment teams to improve fab pillars across quality, cost, capacity, and cycle time.
  • •Advance metrology technology understanding and continuous improvement through vendor engagement and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of proven experience in semiconductor process (or equivalent), with a solid understanding of lithography overlay and related correction concepts.
  • •Experience with metrology/inspection operations such as SEM, X-ray, laser, or optical systems.
  • •Practical data skills for analysis and experimentation, including Python, JMP, SQL (or similar coding/programming experience).
  • •Demonstrated model-based problem solving, including root-cause investigation, data correlation, and analytical deep dives.
  • •Strong English communication skills and proven project management ability to deliver goals on schedule.
