Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and enforce the Project Pricing framework and guardrails for project deals (cost build-up, margin architecture, risk pricing).
  • •Drive deal profitability through structured pricing discipline, ensuring complete cost capture and explicit risk pricing aligned to margin expectations.
  • •Establish and operate mandatory pre-quote pricing controls that block deal progression when inputs are incomplete or non-compliant.
  • •Define and enforce pricing decision ownership and decision rights across Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance.
  • •Lead continuous improvement of project pricing practices and use deal-level customer and competitive insights to refine pricing guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional finance qualification is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales, or Marketing.
  • •Strong technical expertise and experience with SAP, CPQ, Salesforce, and Bidmanager (advantage).
  • •Experience with forecasting, scenario analysis, performance management, and contract analysis or complex commercial models.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal).
