Mortgage Area Sales Manager I

Originate residential mortgage loans for Financial Center offices and outside referrals, owning the loan process from application through closing. Lead and manage a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, driving team and personal production using local and Bancorp reporting and KPIs. Build referral relationships and a sales-focused environment, partner with Fulfillment Operations to drive closed volume, and ensure compliance, quality, and customer experience.
