Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
  • •Organize and direct construction activities within assigned areas, including single or multi-discipline responsibilities.
  • •Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day jobsite activities or coordinate with client resident representatives.
  • •Ensure jobsite operations comply with design/specifications, completion is on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Construction Management (or relevant curriculum) and 4 years of commercial construction experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Experience in commercial construction, preferably on high-rise or multi-story projects.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
  • •Familiarity with California building codes and safety regulations.
  • •Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and OSHA 10.
