Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of SAP Security and GRC professionals, including hiring, mentorship, goal setting, and establishing coverage models and escalation paths.
  • •Own security and governance strategy across SAP projects, including role administration/design, centralized role design standards, and role-to-user assignment controls.
  • •Govern GRC rulesets, SoD governance, emergency access (“Firefighter”) processes, and ongoing post–go-live security maintenance.
  • •Manage end-to-end access request lifecycle via the ServiceNow–SAP GRC integration, partnering with the ServiceNow platform team and monitoring SLAs.
  • •Ensure SOX ITGC security controls are designed and evidenced for audits, manage license compliance activities, and provide audit support for SAP security matters.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of SAP security experience with GRC access control, including ECC/S4/Fiori and SuccessFactors, plus 3+ years in people-management or team-lead roles.
  • •Strong experience designing and maintaining security roles, role-to-user assignment, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) governance.
  • •Experience configuring and/or automating GRC access controls, including centralized role administration and access governance processes.
  • •Experience securing SAP BTP (including Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud) and SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
  • •ServiceNow (or similar) integration experience for access request management, plus participation in at least two SAP full-cycle implementations and/or upgrade projects.
