Serve as the liaison between Pilgrim's and contract growers to optimize broiler performance by monitoring bird mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling. You will oversee house conditions, track data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs, with potential to train other team members.
