Key Responsibilities

•Architect the AI technical strategy with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy, driving complex, high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
•Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demos and POVs of Zscaler’s AI security platform for both deep-tech practitioners and C-level executives, validating the ability to securely enable enterprise AI.
•Serve as the field authority on modern AI patterns (e.g., RAG, agents, and prompt workflows) and advise clients on preventing data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage.
•Scale the field motion by collaborating with Product and Engineering to feed real-world customer feedback into the roadmap and build reusable demo assets and enablement playbooks.
•Enable teams by developing reusable demos, technical assets, competitive positioning, and training content to scale AI field motion across global account teams.
