Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing-area throughput meetings to define tactics and strategies for weekly output and supply plans.
  • •Supervise shift crews and manage daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and cost targets.
  • •Collaborate with module functional groups, planning, and other departments to optimize tester deployment, conversion plans, and manpower allocation.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, cycle time, and productivity by eliminating redundant activities.
  • •Identify, monitor, and manage departmental KPIs; prepare production, personnel, and financial reports to support decisions and performance tracking; recruit and develop shift crew members.
