Key Responsibilities

•Provide makeup consultations and make-up service to customers, delivering Sephora Attitude.
•Meet daily and monthly sales targets; apply up-sell and cross-sell techniques to meet customer needs.
•Enroll and participate in Sephora University’s Basic training and store trainings.
•Set-up merchandising, replenish stock, and maintain shop cleanliness and merchandising presentations.
•Attend cashier training and process transactions in line with CRM policies.

Key Requirements

•Thai national; minimum secondary school education; service minded.
•Excellent communication skills; team player.
•Experience related in this field is a plus.
•Knowledge of Sephora products and basic makeup services.
•Ability to meet daily sales targets and retail KPIs.
