Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center across departments.
  • •Evaluate and refine training processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production.
  • •Drive success of training plans and support Fulfillment Center workforce learning needs.
  • •Support instructor and peer trainer delivery through observation, coaching, and performance feedback for new hire groups.
  • •Organize and monitor cross-training for operations, work with operations on a skill matrix, and support critical role training and MEATR projects with feedback and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Will be able to work flexible schedules/shifts.
  • •Act as a supervisor for instructors and peer trainers for new hires.
  • •Deliver instructor training, observation, and coaching to the MEATR standard.
  • •Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console and that MEATR training materials are delivered against the standard.
  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in English; Graduate/Post Graduate education.
