Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain bus stations and stock rooms so items are available quickly for food service personnel.
  • •Deliver food items by following food server orders and describe dishes when delivered to tables.
  • •Set, clean, and maintain tables throughout the venue; wipe down condiment containers and other items prior to seating guests.
  • •Clear tables promptly after meals and bring soiled dishes, glassware, and service items to appropriate areas.
  • •Keep kitchen expedite areas clean to Health Code regulations and notify management of malfunctioning equipment.
