Key Responsibilities

•Keep bus stations, storage rooms, and corridors organized and stocked so items can be obtained quickly.
•Deliver cold and hot items by following food servers’ orders and describe dishes when delivered.
•Clear tables promptly after meals by removing soiled dishes and wiping tables clean of debris.
•Maintain kitchen expedite areas clean and in compliance with health code regulations.
•Set and clean tables for guest arrival, act as a messenger between kitchen and front of house, and support setup/cleanup as needed.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to lift 20-50 pounds repeatedly.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
•Ability to work later hours.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work closely and efficiently with others while standing/walking throughout the shift.
