•Support the development of short-term and long-term business strategies, ensuring resources, technology, and processes align with organizational goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic insights into operational plans and ensure execution alignment with business objectives.
•Monitor the progress and impact of strategic initiatives using analytics and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending improvements.
•Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to inform strategic decision-making.
•Assist in preparing detailed business cases, due diligence, and strategic proposals, leveraging data-driven insights for senior leadership decisions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2-5 years in a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Roland Berger, etc.) or 3-6 years in new business development or strategy roles at a top international company or private equity/venture capital firm
•Master's degree (MBA MSc) in Business Administration, Economics, Medical/Healthcare, Science or Engineering
•Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
•Excellent English, written and spoken (C1)
•Willingness to travel (10%)
