Job Summary

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of new products from pre-concept to First Customer Shipment (FCS) within Cisco’s Collaboration/PLM ecosystem. Drive time-to-market, cost targets, and ramp plans while coordinating cross-functional teams (manufacturing, suppliers, engineering). Leverage data to inform decisions, address roadblocks, and adapt to changing priorities in a global context.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and program handle the end-to-end product lifecycle from pre-concept commit to First Customer Shipment (FCS).
•Accountable for meeting meticulous time-to-market requirements, product cost targets, yield goals, and volume ramp plans.
•Steer cross-functional teams to achieve common project goals and solve complex technical and business challenges.
•Proactively seek and implement innovative solutions that address project roadblocks while considering broader business impact.
•Leverage sophisticated data analysis and insights to drive strategic, data-informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, or product development.
•Demonstrated experience handling new product introductions (NPI) in collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering teams.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and manage end-to-end product lifecycle from pre-concept to First Customer Shipment (FCS).
•PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (Preferred).
