Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily NAVs for multiple mutual fund schemes are accurately calculated and disseminated to the RTA within regulatory cut-offs.
  • •Manage scheme financials, including scheme accounting activities and related controls.
  • •Process, validate, and record invoices for scheme expenses within agreed timelines.
  • •Coordinate internal, statutory, and SEBI audits, including maintaining audit-ready documentation and tracking concurrent auditors’ activities.
  • •Prepare monthly regulatory and internal reports and monitor compliance with applicable tax regulations and required submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • •Chartered Accountant qualification preferred/required.
  • •5–10 years’ experience in fund accounting or a similar role, including NAV calculation, reporting requirements, annual financial statements, and audit coordination.
  • •Strong understanding of financial instruments and markets, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • •Strong Excel proficiency and clear written/verbal communication, with knowledge of mutual fund and accounting regulations as an advantage.
