Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6 for portfolios of construction projects, including critical path planning and rolling wave/detailing.
  • •Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic, ensuring dependencies and schedule integrity through initiation to closeout.
  • •Develop and update schedules regularly in line with the program calendar, including resource loading, float path tracking, and under/overutilization views.
  • •Produce 1, 3, and 6-month look-ahead reporting from P6 for management and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • •Prepare logic-driven schedules, collaborate with contractors and subcontractors, and monitor/communicate issues that could delay the schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule and producing schedules from limited project information through closeout.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting.
  • •Ability to convert data into Tableau reports/graphics and communicate effectively.
