•Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management to meet build schedules.
•Orchestrate demand across SpaceXAI and align roadmaps with key vendors to secure allocation and capacity.
•Negotiate major agreements, manage ODM/CM relationships, monitor supply chain risks, and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality and resilience.

•4+ years building, leading, and managing sourcing teams.
•Technical understanding of datacenter compute architectures, including GPUs/accelerators, CPUs, storage systems, ODM/CM models, servers, and racks.
