Program Chief Engineer (ONSITE)

Program Chief Engineer leads all engineering activities for the program, owning technical requirements, budget, and schedule, and coordinating with the Program Office and external customer. This onsite role requires strong systems engineering leadership across multiple disciplines, Risk & Opportunity management, and ensuring effective supplier management within a defense/aerospace program.
