  • •Collaborate with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies that reduce human and financial costs through structured injury management practices.
  • •Establish and maintain provider management strategies and relationships to support the business.
  • •Implement injury management strategies across teams and business units to improve return to health and work outcomes.
  • •Design and facilitate training sessions.
  • •Coach and mentor teams on injury management methodology and support Technical Specialists and Team Managers with medical and injury management; ensure timely action of medical requests and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in injury management related to occupational rehabilitation, claims management and/or return to work.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditation.

  • •Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning for decision making.
