Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end product delivery across Fixed Indexed Annuities, Registered Index-Linked Annuities, and Indexed Universal Life Insurance, including cross-functional execution and risk escalation.
  • •Manage, train, and direct product implementation teams, building culture and shared operating principles across product teams.
  • •Own illustrations and policyholder statements capabilities, including vendor coordination and performance management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Prepare and deliver executive-level updates on delivery status, risk exposure, and scope decisions across major product programs.
  • •Leverage AI tools to improve efficient process engineering and delivery, supporting launch readiness and post-launch stability.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
  • •8+ years leading end-to-end product delivery in a life or annuity insurance environment.
  • •Advanced knowledge of insurance products and the operational/implementation processes behind them.
