Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements using company templates and established guidance.
  • •Review contract terms for clarity, consistency, legal and business risk, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • •Participate in negotiations, resolve redlines, and support agreements through execution.
  • •Maintain the contract lifecycle (intake through execution) including version control, approvals, signatures, recordkeeping, status tracking, and organized documentation.
  • •Conduct legal research on commercial contracting issues and communicate recommendations to the Senior Contract Attorney and legal team.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial contracting.
  • •Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, or negotiating commercial agreements.
  • •Experience with AI-enabled tools for contract review, drafting, redlining, or analysis is preferred, with an interest in building legal technology proficiency.
  • •Strong analytical, legal research, and attention-to-detail skills, with excellent written and verbal communication to explain issues to non-lawyers.
