Associate Compliance - instashop

Conduct operational audits across the instashop operations to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards. Monitor compliance for uniforms, safety equipment, assets, mobile apps, attendance, and procedures, and review vendor operations including timesheets, staffing, attendance, and payroll documentation. Investigate violations, prepare audit findings and performance dashboards, and partner with Operations, Vendor Management, HR, Customer Experience, and Fleet to drive corrective and preventive actions, including the vendor penalty governance.
