Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to Plant Operations and Maintenance for electrical systems and protective equipment.
  • •Promote and monitor compliance with safety and environmental programs and support NERC compliance efforts.
  • •Coordinate activities, schedules, work scopes, and develop work packages; oversee third-party inspectors, contractors, and vendors.
  • •Ensure equipment reliability by optimizing performance against KPIs, supporting overhauls, and applying predictive and preventive maintenance.
  • •Conduct field inspections, measurements, equipment walkdowns, thermography data collection, and root cause analysis; prepare detailed reports and procedures.

Key Requirements
