Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, submit, and track cost plans; ensure accurate forecasts against plan throughout the financial year.
  • •Own recharge framework for Retail, ensuring alignment with agreed charging principles and Finance policy; manage month-end timetable.
  • •Drive transparency of Wealth Premier Solution consumption and cost-to-serve, including linkage to manufacturing activity.
  • •Identify and deliver efficiency opportunities within cost pools/allocation approaches; track benefits to reduced recharge outcomes.
  • •Ensure strong controls and audit readiness (version control, evidence retention, maker-checker, periodic validation) and maintain inputs/assumptions and reconciliation with invested assets data.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in cost management, financial analysis, trend analysis, and quantitative analysis in strategy consulting or a global/regional financial institution.
  • •Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex networks.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau, Power BI, and Python knowledge is a major benefit.
  • •Knowledge of Table Manager 1 and Anaplan, with ability to prepare automated dashboards/reports for cost analysis.
  • •Ability to deliver senior-management-ready, high-quality materials and influence strategic decision-making.
