Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare comprehensive, error-free corporate commercial loan documentation using LaserPro or internal templates in accordance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • •Manage the loan documentation process for assigned LaserPro loans, ensuring draft and final documents are produced error-free.
  • •Prioritize and manage high-volume urgent and complex documentation requests to meet critical deadlines and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • •Maintain and advance a pipeline of complex, high-value loan requests by preparing, reviewing, and collecting supporting documentation to satisfy approval conditions.
  • •Coordinate with lending teams and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, meet service level agreements, and prepare amortization schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • •Minimum one year of experience related to commercial banking, including commercial loan documentation; LaserPro preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • •Ability to interpret loan approval terms and determine when clarification or additional documentation is needed.
