Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute component- and system-level verification and validation testing for power electronics products, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and industry standards.
  • •Support DVP&R development and maintenance by drafting test cases from requirements, tracking status/coverage, logging results, and reporting pass/fail against acceptance criteria.
  • •Review electrical and mechanical schematics and create test cell layouts for instrumentation and HV/LV circuitry.
  • •Build, wire, and commission test benches with jigs/fixtures, instrumentation, harnessing, and data acquisition systems for performance and reliability evaluation.
  • •Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting, analyze test data, generate plots/metrics, author test reports, and support root-cause investigations with clear technical summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing (preferred).
  • •Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals, including switching topologies, magnetics, control loops, and thermal behavior.
  • •Hands-on hardware test and validation experience, including bench build-up and instrumentation.
  • •Knowledge of automotive/industrial environmental reliability standards (GMW, ISO, IEC) and high voltage safety practices.
