Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment and assets
  • •Delight customers by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and ensuring smooth Dasher pickups
  • •Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the escalation point for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen; engage in day-to-day tasks and lead by example with professional interactions
  • •Suggest and implement ideas to improve quality and customer experience
