•Actively participate in international projects on recruiting and onboarding processes and gain insights into global strategic topics.
•Work with the Talent Acquisition Strategy team to optimize onboarding products and support global onboarding formats.
•Prepare and keep up to date information for an international Talent Acquisition SharePoint, making knowledge easier for recruiting teams worldwide.
•Develop creative video and content formats for recruiting and onboarding topics using tools such as simpleshow.
•Design presentations that clearly structure complex content and are visually appealing and understandable for international stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Your studies fit topics like International Management, business psychology, HR, communications, marketing, or media.
•Fluent German and English to work confidently with international colleagues.
•Experience preparing clear, visual content with PowerPoint; first exposure to simpleshow is beneficial.
•Ability to structure multiple parallel projects and stay reliable.
•Willingness to try new tools and digital topics to actively shape recruiting and onboarding products.
