Job Summary

Oversee IT operations across assigned remote sites, acting as the primary onsite IT representative for warehouse, logistics, and industrial needs. Coordinate daily site IT activities and field/vendor support, ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and architecture standards, and manage incident, service request, problem, and change processes. Support infrastructure lifecycle planning, site readiness, business continuity, SLA performance, and provide Level 2–Level 3 onsite technical support for end-user computing, networking, and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary IT representative for assigned remote sites and coordinate daily site IT activities.
•Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity policies, architecture standards, and ITIL processes.
•Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management, including CAB implementation activities and post-change stability validation.
•Manage site IT infrastructure availability and performance across network, wireless, end-user computing, printing, collaboration, and supporting systems.
•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 onsite technical support, troubleshoot connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), coordinate ISP/MSP/vendor support, and maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in the same field.
•Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification.
•Preferred: Cisco CCNA certification and/or CompTIA Network+ certification.
•Preferred: Microsoft Certified and a Project Management certification.
