Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with designers, merchandising, marketing, logistics, quality lab, and external service partners to drive seamless (Re)Loved product execution.
  • •Grade takeback handbags (A–C) and recommend suitable categories based on standardized damage and wear criteria.
  • •Match materials by comparing physical swatches against DC CAD specifications and determine repair/adjustment feasibility using handbag construction knowledge.
  • •Lead new product creation independently or with limited support during early development, working with engineer/PD managers from proto through commercialization.
  • •Set quality standards, support material/product testing, monitor development timelines and risks, manage design intent handover sheets, and update reports by deadlines in EC-Vision.
