Senior Analog Hardware Design Engineer, onsite Kanata

Lead end-to-end design and development of complex hardware circuit packs, including schematic capture, signal integrity assessment, and PCB layout guidance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (systems architects, mechanical, software, FPGA, and operations) to deliver high-performance printed circuit boards meeting cost, power, real estate, and quality/reliability targets. Perform validation against interface/component requirements, coordinate fabrication and assembly, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers.
