Lead and manage the full federal capture lifecycle for U.S. Federal Government contracts, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development and award. Drive winning of complex federal opportunities by applying deep knowledge of the federal contracting landscape, FAR and procurement processes, and by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and potential partners. Collaborate with internal teams within Workday’s federal organization supporting HCM and ERP solutions.
