Job Summary

Analytical, systems-driven Senior Revenue Accountant responsible for end-to-end revenue operations in a subscription-based business. You’ll optimize quote-to-cash processes, monitor billed and recognized revenue, manage AR and cash collections, and collaborate across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Technology to support ERP implementation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize and own end-to-end quote-to-cash processes across CRM, billing, ERP, and payment systems.
•Monitor billed and recognized revenue, deferred revenue, AR, and cash collections; reconcile discrepancies.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational systems and the general ledger; maintain reconciliation documentation for month-end close and audit purposes.
•Analyze subscription lifecycle events (renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, credits, refunds) and influence process improvements.
•Support ERP implementation and redesign of quote-to-cash workflows; participate in testing, data validation, and go-live support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, order-to-cash accounting, subscription accounting, or related operational accounting functions.
•Experience supporting ERP implementations or major systems/process transformations is strongly preferred.
•Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities, with experience across ERP, CRM, billing, and payment systems.
•CPA or CPA-track preferred but not required.
