Job Summary

Own Cisco Security’s integrated marketing strategy for Germany, partnering with German sales leadership to align investments with business priorities. Drive annual/quarterly marketing plans across digital, demand generation, events, partner marketing, PR, communications, and ABM to build awareness and accelerate pipeline. Manage the Germany marketing budget, coordinate customer activations and lead operations, track funnel and ROI performance, and deliver business reviews and insights to improve execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of Cisco Security’s integrated marketing strategy for Germany, aligning marketing investments with business priorities.
•Manage Germany marketing budget and develop annual/quarterly marketing plans across digital, demand generation, partner marketing, channels, PR, and ABM.
•Plan and execute multi-channel programs across the buyer journey, including executive engagement, events/trade shows, webinars, digital campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
•Partner with German sales leadership and sales/product marketing to align on priorities, pipeline goals, target accounts, and execute targeted ABM for net-new logo acquisition.
•Coordinate customer activations with marketing operations, manage lead import/data quality, and track performance using funnel metrics and ROI to optimize and report results.

Key Requirements

•Native or fluent German and strong English language skills.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Proven experience developing and executing integrated field marketing or regional marketing strategies that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
•Strong knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and channel marketing.
•Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation/lead management and campaign measurement (including Salesforce and Eloqua or equivalent).
