Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership and go cross-functionally to lead large, critical initiatives and solve unstructured problems.
  • •Help scale Whatnot globally by partnering with Product and Engineering and owning success metrics (funnels, growth, marketing investments, margin dynamics) in key markets.
  • •Bring business-side rigor to marketing investment decisions by analyzing channels and building capabilities and the org/hiring roadmap.
  • •Partner with StratFin and Data to analyze margin levers and growth investments to inform pricing and translate findings into leadership recommendations.
  • •Build tooling that acts as a single source of truth for goals, progress tracking, key metrics, resource allocation, and blockers; pressure-test new products and resolve high-impact issues end-to-end when they go wrong.
