Key Responsibilities

•Partner with leadership and go cross-functionally to lead large, critical initiatives and solve unstructured problems.
•Help scale Whatnot globally by partnering with Product and Engineering and owning success metrics (funnels, growth, marketing investments, margin dynamics) in key markets.
•Bring business-side rigor to marketing investment decisions by analyzing channels and building capabilities and the org/hiring roadmap.
•Partner with StratFin and Data to analyze margin levers and growth investments to inform pricing and translate findings into leadership recommendations.
•Build tooling that acts as a single source of truth for goals, progress tracking, key metrics, resource allocation, and blockers; pressure-test new products and resolve high-impact issues end-to-end when they go wrong.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 215,000 annually

•Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally with a track record driving change and impact.
