Develop and maintain structural BIM models and deliverables, including plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for concrete and steel building systems. Key Responsibilities

•Develop, update, and maintain structural BIM models, drawings, layouts, details, and required graphic deliverables for design and documentation.
•Create and coordinate structural models and drawings for concrete and steel building systems, including foundations, superstructures, and typical structural elements.
•Prepare plans and models from engineering inputs, sketches, and comments using Revit Structure, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD.
•Coordinate with architecture, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to ensure model and deliverable consistency and minimize interferences.
•Apply company BIM standards, procedures, and quality control processes to meet agreed deliverables and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Technical or technology degree in structural drawing, BIM modeling, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 2 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and preparing drawings for building projects with structural design and coordination focus.
•Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for structural modeling and clash/interference detection.
•Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to self-check and ensure quality in models and drawings.
•Intermediate English (spoken and written).
